Smoky Bacon Cheese Dip

1/2# Ground Beef, fried
3 slices Hickory Smoked Bacon
1 16oz can Refried Beans
1 8oz pack Cream Cheese
2 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Onion, chopped fine
1/4 c Green Pepper, chopped fine
1 tsp Cumin


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat refried beans, and fry bacon in a pan then cut into bite-size pieces.
Top the ground beef with cumin and fry as well.
Chop onion, green peppers and mince garlic.
Add veggies, cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans and bacon to the ground beef and mix well!
Spread into a 8x8 baking dish and sprinkle a bit of oregano then top with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until thoroughly warm. Enjoy!
OPTIONAL: Top with a bit of green peppers & onion for garnish.
