Spinach Pie

1 bag fresh baby spinach
1 pkg. of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 onion Chopped
1 can drained black olives chopped
3 Cloves garlic chopped
1/1 pound hard salami chopped (this is optional)
Olive Oil enough to coat these ingredients probably 2
tablespoons worth
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of oregano (you could also use Italian seasonings)
1 frozen loaf of bread dough


Combine and mix all the ingredients except for the bread dough.
Thaw the bread dough and pull a piece off and stretch it until it is flat. put the filling inside of this and put together. They will be shaped like rolls.
Prick with a fork and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 25 minutes depending upon your oven. They make approximately 6 to 7 pies.
The remaining filling could be used for grilled cheese sandwiches or tossed with a salad.
