Spring Salad Sandwich

1 (8ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
1/'4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup grated carrot
2 tablespoons chopped radishes
2 tablespoons minced scallions
1 teaspoon Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
8slices pumpernickel bread


In a small bowl, thoroughly combine cream cheese, sour cream, celery, carrot, radishes, scallions and Lea And Perrins. Spread a heaping 1/3 cup on each of 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining bread and cut in half.

Makes 4 sandwiches.
