Strawberry Gelatin Salad


1 (3 ounce) package strawberry jello
3/4 cup boiling water
1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries
1 can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 banana, mashed with fork
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream


Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add slightly thawed
strawberries and the pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in
mashed banana. Pour half into ring mold and
refrigerate until firm. Cover with sour cream. Pour remaining
jello gently over the sour cream and refrigerate until firm.
