1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can (4 oz) mushrooms
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 lb. lean ground meat (beef, poultry)
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1. Mix soup, mushrooms and sour cream.
2. Pour over meatballs.
3. Microwave covered for 8 minutes.
1.Blend beef, crumbs and egg. Form into meatballs.
2.Place in microwave dish.
3.Cover with sweet & sour sauce or stroganoff sauce.
4.Microwave according to sauce recipe.
Bake 350o for 30 minutes
Serves 2 to 4.
