Summertime grilled street corn

Ingredients:

10 shucked fresh corn cobs
20 oz mayonnaise
10 oz dried Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 fresh limes
10 foil sheets

Method:

Coat each ear of corn with 2 oz of mayonnaise. Sprinkle generously with dried Parmesan and a dash of cayenne pepper. Squeeze lime over each corn cob. Wrap in foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Or grill for 12 minutes. Recipe serves 5-10.
