Sun-Dried-Tomatoes Vinaigrette

4 ounces "bella" sun-dried tomatoes in oil
3/4 cup olive oil
1 cup fresh basil -- minced
1 tablespoon garlic -- minced
1/2 cup green onion -- chopped
salt and pepper -- to taste´┐Ż


Place in blender tomatoes, vinegar, olive oil, basil, garlic and green onion. Blend mixture until creamy. You may season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve on tossed green salad with garden fresh vegetables. Add bacon bits, croutons and cheddar cheese as you wish.
