Svelte Blue Cheese Dressing and Dip

Ingredients:

1/2 cup plain yogurt (regular, lowfat or nonfat)
1/4 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Nonfat Dry Milk
1/2 cup chopped green onion
2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
1 clove small garlic, peeled and minced
1/4 teaspoon crushed dried basil
1/4 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
1/8 teaspoon salt

Method:

1. Stir together in a small bowl milk and drained yogurt. Mix in green onions, blue cheese, garlic, basil, rosemary and salt.
2. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.

Helpful Hints:

Makes 8 servings.
