Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients:

1 chicken, cut up
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
3 TBS cornstarch
1 large can pineapple chunks, plus juice
1 green pepper, cut in chunks
1 small jar pimento

Method:

Brown chicken; place in a roaster. Combine vinegar, sugar and
cornstarch in a saucepan. Cook until clear, stirring frequently. Add
to this the pineapple with juice, peppers and pimento. Pour over
chicken. Cover loosely. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
