Tex-Mex Cheesy Beef Quiche

Ingredients:

• 1refrigerated pie crust, room temperature
• 1-poundlean ground beef
• 4green onions, thinly sliced, white parts only
• 1can(10-ounces) Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
• salt and fresh black pepper, to taste
• 1/4teaspoonchili powder
• 4eggs
• 1/4cupwater
• 1/4cupKraft Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese
• 1/4teaspoonnutmeg
• 2cupsKraft Mexican Style Taco Shredded Cheese

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray and line with pie crust; set aside.
3. Place beef in a skillet and cook until browned; drain fat.
4. Stir in green onions, canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, and chili powder; set aside.
5. In a large mixing bowl whisk together eggs, water, cream cheese, and nutmeg; whisk until well combined.
6. Spoon ground beef mixture into previously prepared pie crust.
7. Pour egg mixture over beef and top with shredded cheese.
8. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until set.
