The Best Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp salt
2 cups rolled oats

Method:

Cream margarine and slowly add brown sugar until well blended. Add white
sugar until combined and add eggs.

Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt and add
to margarine and sugar mixture. Slowly add rolled oats. Makes quite a
moist dough.

Drop by teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake @ 375 F. for approximately 12 minutes or until golden brown.
