Traditional cran orange relish

1 12 ounce bag fresh cranberries
1 orange, yes , I mean the entire thing including the skin
1 cup sugar


Put all ingredients into a food processor with the steel blade. When well chopped put into a pretty bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Helpful Hints:

I like to make this the day before to let the flavors meld.
