Turkey Almond Bake


1 tablespoon flour
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 cup slivered almonds
3 cups cooked, cubed turkey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Raspberry Honey Mustard
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 frozen unbaked pie shell
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup slivered almonds
parsley, chopped if desired


In medium bowl, combine flour and 1 cup cheese. Stir in butter and 1/2 cup
slivered almonds. Add turkey, lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. Fill pie shell with turkey mixture. Top with remaining cheese and almonds. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
Garnish with parsley. Yields: 6 servings
