Vegetable Plate

Ingredients:

· 1/3 head cauliflower, separated into flowers
· 1/3 bunch broccoli, separated into flowers
· 1 zucchini, sliced
· 1 yellow squash, sliced
· 1/4 cup margarine or butter

Method:

1. Arrange vegetables on plate.
2. Drizzle with melted butter or margarine.
3. Cover with plastic wrap.
4. Microwave (MW) for 5 - 6 minutes
