Veggie Pizza

Ingredients:

1 - 8 ounce pkg. crescent rolls (regular or reduced fat)
2 - 8 ounce pkg. regular, low fat, or fat free cream cheese
1-1/2 Tablespoons mayonnaise - regular or low-fat
2 Tablespoons dill weed
1 cup of each of these fresh vegetables (all coarsely chopped)
chopped bell pepper
onion
cucumber
broccoli
tomato
salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste.

Method:

Spread the crescent roll dough onto a lightly buttered 13 inch pizza pan,
pinching the seams together and covering the pan completely. Bake in a preheated oven 350
degreesfor 10 to 12 minutes. Place on a wire rack to cool completely . Blend the cream cheese, mayonnaise, & dill weed together. Spread the mixture on top of the cooled baked crust.
Toss the vegetable pieces together. Place the vegetables on top of cream
cheese. Chill before serving.

Helpful Hints:

This makes a colorful, delicious appetizer. Serve chilled.
