Wasabi Whipped Cream Sauce

2 to 3 tablespoons Wasabi powder
1 tsp. lemon or lime juice
1 cup chilled heavy cream
1 tsp. coarse salt


Mix Wasabi powder with a tablespoon of water in a small bowl to form a paste. Set aside for at least 5 minutes.
Whip cream until stiff.
Mix the salt and juice into wasabi. Fold this into the whipped cream.

Serve this as a sauce over grilled steaks! It is delicious!
