Watermelon Salad

Ingredients:

1 small seedless watermelon, makes about 2 cups of small balls
1 cup honeydew melon balls
1 cup blue berries
1 can chunk pineapple, drained or 1 heaping cup real pineapple
2 cups seedless grapes, cut into half
1 cup peaches chopped
1 banana peeled and cut into rounds
1 cup cherries, pitted
1 orange, peeled and cut slices into halves

Marinade:
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp lime or lemon juice

Dressing
½ cups sour cream
3 to 4 tbsp marinade drained from fruit after being in refrigerator

Method:

Place all fruits that you want to use in a large bowl that can be covered.
Mix marinade and pour over fruit.
Toss gently to cover fruit.
Place in refrigerator for several hours.
Before serving, remove refrigerator and pour off excess juice.
Mix 3 to 4 tbsps of juice with sour cream
Pour over fruit
Toss gently and serve.
