Wes? Pickled Peppers

Ingredients:

3 qts. Cut-up peppers
? cups sugar
2 cups vinegar
1 tablespoon salt

Method:

Pour boiling water over peppers in a bowl and let them stand for 10 minutes. Drain and put them in a pot. Add sugar, vinegar and salt. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Put into hot sterilized jars, seal and let cool.
That is it!!!
