Western Chef Salad

1 lb. ground beef
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 avocado, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 package taco seasoning
1 large head iceberg lettuce
1 small can black olives
1 ? cups shredded cheddar cheese
Catalina or French dressing
Tortilla chips
1 green pepper chopped, optional
1 tomato, chopped


Saute onion and ground beef. Drain off fat. Sprinkle with taco seasoning. Set aside.
Tear up lettuce and put in a large salad bowl. Add tomato, beans and cooled meat mixture. Toss on the remaining ingredients and serve immediately!
You may also top with sour cream and/or salsa.
