Worcestershire Butter Sauce (Use with fish and vegetables)

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons Lea And Perrin's Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt

Method:

In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly. Serve over fish or vegetables.
