Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients:

1 cup sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup milk
? cup drippings from roast

Method:

Mix all ingredients except drippings together until smooth. Set aside for at least 30 minutes.
Pour drippings into 9 by 9 inch pan and heat in a 425 F oven for 5 minutes.
Pour mixture into pan and bake on top rack of oven for 15 to 20 minutes. It will bubble up nicely!
Remove from oven and cut into squares. Serve immediately with gravy.
